Return/Refund Policy for items Purchased.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*Tent / Camping Equipment Rental Refund Policy

At Yellow Hammer Outdoors, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional service for your camping rental needs. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
**1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:**
a. **Cancellation Period:**
- Full refund: Cancellations made [14 days/ 2- weeks] or more before the scheduled rental date.
- Partial refund: Cancellations made within [7 days/ 1- week] of the scheduled rental date.
b. **No-Show:**
- In the event of a no-show or failure to pick up the rented tent on the specified rental date without prior notice, no refunds will be issued. This includes not providing location of where equipment needs to be delivered to.
**2. Refund Process:**
a. To request a refund, you must contact us in writing via email or phone. Please provide your name, reservation details, and the reason for cancellation.
b. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request approval.
**3. Partial Refunds:**
a. If you cancel within the specified 7 days/ 1 week before the rental date, a partial refund will be issued. The exact amount of the refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as our ability to re-rent the tent for the same period.
**4. Weather-Related Cancellations:**
a. In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds, etc.) that prevent the safe installation of the tent, we reserve the right to cancel the rental. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
**5. Damage or Loss:**
a. You are responsible for the care of the rented equipment during your rental period. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges, which may be deducted from your security deposit or billed separately.
**6. Reservation Modifications:**
a. We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., change the rental dates), please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.
**7. Non-Refundable Deposits:**
a. Any non-refundable deposit collected during the booking process is non-refundable, and it will not be eligible for a refund in the event of cancellation.

1. **Rental Agreement: ** By renting the golf cart, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. **Reservations: ** Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
3. **Rental Period:** The rental period starts and ends at the specified times. Late returns may incur additional charges.
4. **Driver Requirements:** Only individuals with a valid driver's license are permitted to operate the golf cart.
5. **Age Restriction:** Drivers must be at least 24 years old to rent and operate the golf cart.
6. **Liability:** The renter is responsible for any damage to the golf cart during the rental period.
7. **Prohibited Use:** The golf cart must not be used for off-road purposes, racing, or any illegal activities.
8. **Safety Guidelines:** All passengers must adhere to safety guidelines provided. Seatbelts, if available, must be worn at all times.
9. **Maintenance:** The renter is responsible for notifying the rental service of any issues promptly. Do not attempt repairs without prior approval.
10. **Fuel:** The golf cart must be returned with the same level of fuel as when rented. Additional charges may apply for refueling.
11. **Insurance:** Insurance coverage may be available; inquire with the rental service for details.
12. **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations made within a specified period may incur charges. Refer to the cancellation policy for details.
13. **Weather Conditions:** The golf cart should not be operated in severe weather conditions. Consult with the rental service for guidance.
14. **Indemnification:** The renter agrees to indemnify and hold the rental service harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities.
15. **Termination of Rental:** The rental service reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if terms are violated.
16. **Dispute Resolution:** Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. By proceeding with the rental, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
